Prioritization starts with our success factors.
We first identified and key factors to make the experience successful for our personas.
Key Factors for our Primary Persona Included:
Login/Access, ability to add a phone number/ OSU email, ability to access contacts, ability to friend people on the app, ability to write a description about yourself, ability to ask upperclassman questions, and the ability to locate the map in the app and look up resources.
Key Factors for our Secondary Persona Included:
Login/Access, ability to add a phone number/ OSU email, ability to access contacts, ability to friend people on the app, ability to write a description about yourself, ability to answer questions for freshmen, and the ability to find students who spend time in the same areas and connect with them.
We then took these key factors and prioritize the most important & frequent tasks your personas will be completing by mapping the importance of each task as high/low frequency and high/low importance.

And finally, we listed the top 3 tasks and success criteria for both personas.
Top Three Tasks for our Primary Persona:
1. Login/ Access
2. Ask questions and chat with upper-classmen in the Q/A section
3. Locate the map in the app and look at the resources available to you as a commuter
4. Write a description of where you typically spend your time
Top Three Success Criteria for our Primary Persona:
1. Must have a chat feature using the users' number/email to allow them to ask questions
2. Must have a map feature that has important locations posted
3. Must have a “description” option that allows people to be able to get an idea of where they like to spend time on campus
Top Three Tasks for our Secondary Persona:
1. Login/ Access
2. Sign up to be someone who answers Q/A questions
3. Find students who spend time in areas you do and connect with them
4. Write a description of where you typically spend your time
Top Three Success Criteria for our Secondary Persona:
1. Must have the option to be a guide to new commuters and allow them to ask questions
2. Must have a description of each student's favorite/often visited locations so they know important commuter information about that area
3. Must be able to see each other's descriptions so you can make connections fast
