User Experience Design, also known as UX Design, also known as encompasses all aspects of the user's interaction with the product.
The double diamond is a visual representation of the design process. The two diamonds are seperated by research and design. Both again are seperated into two parts. Research covers discover and explore. In discover, designers learn to understand the problem given to them. Explore is when designers bring everything down into one focus. The second diamond "design" includes Develop and Deliver. Develop is when designers come up with potential solutions and test them out. Deliver is when designers find solutions that work and recieve feedback. This process allows us to find the solution.
